Affected by the year-end maintenance of the US mining farms, some BTC/BCH/LTC plans and some cloud hosting plans were affected and temporarily stop running.

The maintenance is expected to take 10-15 days, and the affected plans will experience continuous or intermittent power outages during the maintenance period. All plans will resume normal operation as soon as the maintenance is over.

For Cloud Hashrate Plans: For such power failure, the “1:1 postponed compensation” will be applied as always, which is if the power is off for N hours, the mining time of the affected plan will be postponed for an additional N hours, no extra computing power fee and electricity fee for the postponing hours.

For Cloud Hosting Plans: Some cloud hosting groups will be temporarily out of power during the maintenance period, and the hosting and the repair fee will be charged according to the actual expenses during the maintenance period.

 

In the actual mining process, due to factors such as the physical properties of the miners, operating environment, local power supply policy, or weather, some mining farms or miner positions may be interrupted due to temporary equipment failures, power maintenance, or other force majeure factors. Such situations are sometimes difficult to predict or avoid. Bitdeer will monitor such power outages at the first time and promptly urge relevant departments to try to repair them, restore normal power supply, and minimize its impact on plan operation.
